Kent Ragstone / Rockwork / Flintwork
Based in Kent, Jason and Lloyd have a vast knowledge of using kentish rag stone, other varieties of Rock and Flint. We have the knowledge on using the correct mortars including lime and pointing techniques.
We have experience working on all projects using heritage materials including building boundary walls to repairs/rebuilds. We have built new modern houses using dressed rock and older style ragstone and flint barns. Pictures available in our Gallery.
Re-Pointing
Re-pointing may be required to repair walls which has suffered weather damage or poor workmanship by using the incorrect materials on the brickwork or stonework.
We deal with all aspects of re-pointing brickwork & stonework using sand and cement mortars as well as lime mortars which are often found in older properties & stonework.
We can colour match your mortar and supply different samples of lime colours and textures to meet your requirements. We can also replace any broken bricks as we go.
